Great Experience
Prior to purchasing my policy, I read the coverages. As a result, I understood what was covered and what was not. I needed a policy to cover accidents and unexpected illness. I also wanted reasonably quick resolution if/when I filed a claim. I have not been disappointed and would comfortably recommend Figo.

It sure is nice to have Nationwide in your corner in case your pet gets sick or injured. My dog Dutch is doing great after being diagnosed with an allergy that was causing his itching that would lead to hot spots. He now takes a pill (Apoquel) that stops the itching. Nationwide helped pay for it.

Took longer to review than it should have
The company sure is interested in getting me to buy insurance and sent me several reminders to purchase, but given they paid less than half of what I was charged in my 30 day trial, I won't be keeping it past the 30 days.

Fastest claim processing ever!
My pup has had quite a few issues going on lately. Bad stomach issues and then an ear infection diagnosed at the same time. I submitted claims for his first visit, then the second claim for his antibiotics once the culture came back. Each claim was PAID within thirty minutes of me submitting it. I seriously couldn’t believe the speed. Amazing job Figo! I can worry about getting my boy feeling better and not how I’m going to afford to pay for it.
