Peace of mind
Trupanion is fast and efficient when it came to reimburse my claim. They were no surprises when it came to paying the 90% of the vet fee. Our dog was diagnosed with a torn ligament and everything was paid for x-ray, medication, surgery, etc. I am so happy!

Deteriorating service
I have been with Trupanion for 8 years and over the last 68 months the service has deteriorated drastically. I have constant issues trying to submit invoices online, claims take far too long to settle, I have had claims refused for a condition that is ongoing.
