You have been so amazing throughout this process. My 8 month old puppy was really sick and diagnosed with severe kidney disease. He spent time in ICU twice and we didn't know if he'd make it. Trupanion made this process so smooth and took the pressure of paying these bills off me. This is the first time I've had insurance and this has been a blessing. Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months.
Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months. Its easy to blame inflation for rising prices, however, a $21 monthly increase takes a toll on a middle class family like my own. I was forced to raise my deductible to keep my premium at a reasonable rate and I¡¦ll be shopping around to other pet insurance companies moving forward.
