Our veterinarian recommended Trupanion. Enrollment over the phone with the Trupanion representative was professional and pleasant. Since newly enrolled, however, we have no experience regarding the quality level of Trupanion's claim processing.

Helpful, listens, friendly, loves pets
1st lady wasn't sure on a few things, guessed on some, & then disappeared. I recalled & got a great guy who answered all my questions. A couple he didn't know so he asked someone else there to double check. We talked for awhile. I felt like he listened & cared about dogs & things I like to do with mine. I figured that trupanion must be like chewy & cares extra for pets so I signed up
