Denied my claim
I am contemplating moving my policies if all 3 of y dogs as y golden retrievers claim was denied due to them saying it’s routine care. This is a chronic problem my vet and I are trying to remedy. It is not routine care. And they they said the medication is not on their “list” so at this point everything has been denied including the testing. No point in having it if they deny everything. So disappointed

The peace of mind that this company gives me and the service that they provide is wonderful! The representatives are efficient and filing a claim is very easy. It is never difficult to reach a representative and they are very helpful and very kind. I am extremely happy to be with this company.
A few months ago
A few months ago, I requested an upgrade for my plan. They said they would do it right at the renewal date, but they didn’t. So I called in July and August and told them it hadn’t been done and asked them to do it. The first call in July quoted a price of approximately $130, and the second call in August the price was $135. Besides not fulfilling what was promised months ago, they also raised the upgrade price from one day to the next. They also charged a fee to process the upgrade.

We have a sickly fur baby; she has allergies, chronic ear infections, GI issues, to name a few. Amanda was great like literally phenomenal. She was very informative and very patient with me. I’ve had 3 companies to choose from (Fetch, Figo, and Lemonade). She provided me info on a comparison chart that was on your companies website and also given me her own advice and experience.
