MetLife Pet Insurance has met all of our needs in regard to reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for our pet. When I've had to call them to make inquiries, their staff has always conducted themselves in a friendly, professional manner and they have always resolved any concerns that I have. Trupanion is amazing
Trupanion isamazing! I've had my dog covered for 10 years now, and he recently had to have major surgery. Trupanion reimbursed us within 48 hours! They also followed up to say that they could have paid the vet instead of us having the out-of-pocket expense. The customer service at Trupanion is amazing. I highly recommend them!
