We absolutely LOVE Trupanion
We absolutely LOVE Trupanion! Our dog has Congestive Heart Failure. We had to take her multiple times to different emergency hospitals and two of the three hospitals accepted Trupanion so that they could submit the claim instantly as well as our own primary vet. And when I have had to submit claims to be reimbursed directly to me, I receive them in a week. Just so grateful for Trupanion and their EXCELLENT customer service. When you call in, they have Veternarian Technicians that are experienced and always so helpful. I have had one Tech console me as I cried about my furbaby and some of her ailments. You will not be disappointed with Trupanion as your pet insurance.

Trupanion has been great to use over the last several years. They complete claims quickly and explain the breakdowns in an easy to understand way! They have had to increase my monthly payments a few times but have always been upfront about the reasons.

They do not make it easy to put in a claim. they requested documentation from a year back and my dog was only 6 months at the time of my claim. REALLY. I may be changing companies, if they do not pay my claim

Trupanion is a good pet insurance for peace of mind and emergencies. However, they still need to work on coverage. I find it disappointing that exams arnt covered, taxes, and wellness procedures arnt covered. I would think they would want to promote prevention.
