Peace of mind
I wish I knew about pet insurance before my 3yr old passed away. It is a great help to know your paying into a product that will help you in emergencies or very difficult situations. My 7yr old had surgery on his leg and submitting paperwork to MetLife on the app is the easiest and fastest way to get that done. Calling them when I had questions was convenient as well. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I wish they would cover pre-existing conditions that are not major like allergies to help pay for allergy meds but overall the coverage is a lifesaver.

I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. My dog underwent not one, but two TPLO surgeries, and thanks to Healthy Paws, the entire process was as stress-free as it could possibly be during such a challenging time. The claims and reimbursement process was seamless—fast, easy to submit, and clearly communicated every step of the way. I was consistently reimbursed quickly and fairly, which made a huge difference financially and emotionally. On top of that, their customer service is truly a pleasure to work with. We are first time pet insurers and chose Spot for our boy over a year ago in the off chance of something unexpected happening and we are so thankful. Our nearly 3 yr old pup was diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia and just underwent total hip replacement surgery.
