I usually have my Vet submit the claims but they really don't want to do that anymore. Then, I submitted the claim forms via snail mail. Now, I forced myself to learn how to do a PDf and submit online. Will be waiting to see if that is better in reimbursement time. However, I have very healthy AKC bred dogs that haven't had any pre-existing conditions or accidents yet the insurance rates keep rising to the point that retired folks can't maintain it. How about senior discounts?

Way beyond expectations l!!!
I have never had pet insurance before so I didn’t know what to expect. When my vet prescribed several prescriptions and said my pet would need monthly injections I was hesitant on whether anything would be covered. Everyone knows how insurance works. They want to pay as little as possible with as much headaches as possible. Not here!!! I have filed three claims so far unsure of what would happen. All three were paid in a matter of days and a check was deposited immediately via Zelle. No questions, no pushback, nothing. Just immediate processing and payment!! Thank you MetLife Pet Insurance.
