So glad we have Spot Pet Insurance! We just found out our daughter's dog has a respiratory issue/concern and are in the process of determining what is wrong and how to treat him. Silver Lining
After taking my dog to the ER for a snake bite and a stay that lasted 3 days in the ICU, I uploaded my claim to Pets Best mobile app. It was straightforward and easy. I was able to add my account information for direct reimbursement. I got a message from Pets Best that it was received, when it was delayed for a week, and when it was paid. I'm relieved they covered my claim as explained in their coverage plan. A silver lining after a difficult time for my family.

Great customer service when I’ve needed to update my payment method or have questions with claims. Claims are easy to file and processed promptly. My claims have been paid exactly as stated in our agreement. My whole family is signed up!
