Horrible
Don’t use this pet insurance. Firstly the app never works, which is why the process is horrible. 2nd they considered constipation as a preexisting condition which is why my claim was denied (which is absolutely insane) 3rd customer service is absolutely zero help. I am disputing the claim but I doubt anything will happen. Waste of money. Tell people to not use them!

"I submitted a claim for my dog's bills due to an illness. The filing process was easy - I was able to just upload the receipts and click a few boxes on the site. Within just a couple days I had an email fully explaining the benefits to which we were entitled (which were great), and I had the check within a week. Having pet insurance is great peace of mind as my little guy gets older. "

Best insurance on the market!
I cannot say enough good things about Pets Best insurance. My cat and dog are both insured with Pets Best and I couldn't be more pleased. The monthly cost is affordable and offers great reimbursements and coverage. The staff when you call are absolutely wonderful and some of the kindest customer service people out there. The claims process is very easy and once submitted, they handle everything fast and efficient. If you are looking for pet insurance, Pets Best is the one to get!

Pleasantly Surprised with Pets Best
I filed a claim with Pets Best and received a decision in 17 days - way ahead of the typical 30-day timeframe. Pets Best even took the time out to apologize for the delay a few days before that. I didn't think there was one! My claim was accepted. I've always heard horror stories of people haggling with insurance companies and having their claims drawn out over long periods, but with Pets Best, it was so easy and quick.
