Fetch pet insurance has earned my trust. Filing a claim was fairly easy, and any questions were professionally answered, by a caring customer service representative. The whole process was much faster than I expected. The only regret I have is not adding wellness to all the policies I hold with them. Thank you fetch team! Pets Best Illegally Denying Claims - FRAUD
Pets Best denied my claim for my dogs chemotherapy treatment. They have covered all past claims for his treatment and this is not considered a pre-existing condition. I have an unlimited reimbursement amount. They've been covering it up until now and then denied it for "take home prescription medication" are you kidding me???? Can this company read? The claim I submitted clearly shows my bill as in house chemotherapy that was performed in a hospital. What kind of company can't even tell that chemotherapy IV treatment is not done at home as a prescription, this is basic medical knowledge. Pets Best is SCAMMING me and ILLEGALLY denying my claims!!!!!

My boy Louis had a vaccine on Saturday and woke up Sunday vomiting, several times. I freaked out, thinking it may have been a reaction to his vaccine. I rushed him to the ER Vet..they took such good care of him and me while we were there. It turned out to me nothing other than an upset tummy but having Pets Best Insurance allowed me to take him in without the fear of a costly vet bill. So thankful that I signed Louis up when he was just a pup. They also covered his care after he broke his leg at daycare. In my opinion THE BEST!!

Affordable Pet Insurance
Spot Pet Insurance is one of the most affordable pet insurance I have found. The accident and illness option has help me offset a vet bill I had in an emergency situation I had with my dog. However, when it comes to preventative care, the reimbursement options could be better. Customer service is excellent and the help they have given me is priceless. I would have given 5 stars if there were more options for preventative care. All in all, I'm happy with Spot Pet Insurance.

I’ve been very pleased with MetLife Pet Insurance for my dogs Rambo and Daisy Diaz. Claim filing is straightforward and hassle-free, which makes the process stress-free.
