I get answers when I ask a question and from nice people who are animal lovers. It makes a huge difference to speak with people who have an understanding of our love for our pets and don't just use "insurance speak".

Disappointed!
I understand that Trupanion does not cover dental prophylaxis and such, but disappointed that Trupanion denied claim for 13 extractions. With regard to a pre-existing condition, the October 2016 vet notes refer to dental and gingival conditions but make no mention of need for extractions. If need had been present, I'd have had extractions done then. I see to it that all of my dog's needs are met as soon as they occur!
