Not worth the money
Very disappointed that the claim was denied citing "preexisting condition" We were not aware that this was considered pre existing and feel the diagnostics should be covered.

Deductible for a recurring problem
As always, the claim was handled quickly. The problem encountered this time is that a previous and longstanding condition e.g., GI problems (not eating, vomiting) was not accepted and the deductible was required yet again. It is important that the referring vet uses the exact same wording for a condition/diagnosis and not use presenting symptoms to describe a known condition with your pet, otherwise the event is considered to be a new issue.

Still paying deductible and haven't had to use it much . And hope that we really don't have to. But knowing you are there is stress relief if it is ever needed .
