Speedy claims process/reimbursement
I have always found Trupanion to reimburse claims quickly. I do wish though that with how the costs have raised and continue to raise each year that they covered Well visits as well. When we first got Trupanion it was about $65 a month, it's now $117 a month. That being said I am still satisfied with your service and coverage at 90%.

I understand not covering wellness exams but in an emergency situation where an exam is of utmost importance to diagnose the problem you have to include it in the cost of the claim.
