I was away from home when my dog became ill and had to be treated at an emergency care centre overnight. Her sitter had no problems contacting your company and my claim was handled very promptly to my relief. I was in Australia and was so relieved that you handled it so well! Thank you Trupanion !$

The only issue was that the vet staff couldn't find Captain in their Trupanion Express system and had to call Trupanion to figure it out.
The only issue was that the vet staff couldn't find Captain in their Trupanion Express system and had to call Trupanion to figure it out. Trupanion helped them get it sorted over the phone in less than 15 minutes and Trupanion covered $223 of my $318 claim. I didn't have to pay the whole amount out of pocket to get reimbursed, either! They paid the hospital directly. Great to save that much money since it happened around the holidays!
