Expensive and not much covered
First time using insurance and claim denied. Then we appealed and get had to call in and deal with your company for us. Finally paid it; but when signing up plan we thought covered a lot more then it does. Regular checkups and deworming etc not covered nor used toward deductible

It's very easy to submit invoices on the website for a claim that's active. The initial claim takes a bit longer, but that is to be expected. I purchased the additional rider that covers services like acupuncture and it has served us well. The monthly premium has gotten higher over time, but it's still worth the expense to me.
