My subsequent experiences post sign on have been exemplary.
I am going to be brutally honest. When I first signed up for pet insurance with Embrace I was disappointed and thought buyer beware and I am stuck. Ever since that initial experience they have been wonderful. Claims have been paid, fast and via direct deposit. I never even see it come in it's just there. When I needed to increase his wellness benefit outside a renewal period. Done no problem. I am hoping to add more to this very soon. My vet even submits my claims for me.

Easy Claims - More than fair returns
I must say, it's stressful when you pet gets any procedure and you know the vet bill is going to be outrageous. But our fur babies are our Family and there will be nothing we wouldn't spend to make them feel better. But to have an insurance company make the process so easy, and getting a fair return back puts my own mind at ease. Thank you Nationwide! Perla and Zoey say Thank You too!

Great experience, with one exception
It is nice knowing that we can take our dog to the vet without worrying too much about what it will cost. Nationwide is great all the way to the check. The only sore spot for us is that their electronic reimbursement provider is terrible, like can't use them terrible. We tried to sign up twice but had to use a backup email account because they can't handle a hyphen in our email; they also have password requirements that are impossible for our password generator or memory to satisfy (letter+number+NO special characters+upper case+no sequences+++++). We didn't like giving tons of personal information that is irrelevant to sending us money. Both times we gave up on the electronic payment, had to wait 10 days for it to expire, and then wait for a paper check in the mail that we electronically deposited. We told customer service about the problems, but we're not sure it went any further. Nobody else uses this ridiculous system to get payments, and it has been so crippling to our entire experience with Nationwide.

Your company has been great in covering all these unexpected things . You have been very timely in getting the money back to us without any questions. It takes a lot of worry from us knowing as Houch gets older that we don't have to worry about paying his bills.
