I've used Pets Best for several years now after a beloved companion fought long and hard from cancer. After massive vet bills that nearly destroyed me financially, I researched pet insurance companies and found Pets Best. They have always been helpful and caring. When using their app, submitting a claim cannot be easier. After my deductible is covered, reimbursements are deposited into my account of choice. It is simple and takes one worry off my shoulders when a pet is sick. I learned pet insurance is as important to have today as our own health insurance is.

PetsBest is consistently slow in paying claims. Most recently it took about a month for a simple wellness (annual exam and vaccinations) claim to process and be paid. My experience with other insurers has been quicker.
