This was the worst experience I’ve had I had two bad experiences with both of my pets this company lacks communication and info for customers after 6 months paying premiums input claim in they called told me they had to cancel my policy I’m so upset frustrated after talking to numerous people I was still left very unsatisfied and furious !!!

Friendly, knowledgeable customer service
The care team member who assisted me on the phone was terrific. Once we got a little glitch straightened out, my claims were processed within a few hours. Since I chose to receive checks, I haven’t received payment yet but I’m sure the payments are on the way. So glad this was offered through USAA and that I purchased this to cover my kitty,
