Great service and very fast payment!
Our dog had been slowly eating rubber hair ties and some other things he should not have been eating. One day he started trying to vomit on and off for 3 days. We took him to the vet and the X-ray showed 52 hair ties, 2 rubber bands, and 9 staples. They operated and fixed him right up. Trupanion paid 90% of the bill later the same day that the surgery was finished. I was very happy with that fast service.

Overall my experience has been positive. Of late I've been unhappy ... for over two weeks I have been requesting a hard copy claim form (I do not have a printer). Now I'm told it could take four or more weeks...really?! Please help expedite.

You guys have consistently surprised me as an insurance company that appears to be driven by actual human (and animal!) ethics. I didn't think I would ever say that about an insurance company, but time and again you step up to do what an insurance company was originally designed to do. Yes you need to profit, but you also take care of your customers. And that is sadly a rarity in today's world. Thank you, and I hope you never change.
