So far so good. I had my pet neutered and it took a few days to get reimbursed. Other than that, it was pretty quick with my other claim.

Love healthy paws
I f your debating getting insurance for you pup just do it . The peace of mind that we had when we had an emergency with our baby was great . We didn’t have to think so much how much it was going to cost and could focus on the emergency on hand . Luckily our puppy was able to fully recover and healthy paws processed our claim expediently and with no fuzz at all. You never know when an emergency will happen but having healthy paws with you sure does help go through it . You can tell they care they always make sure to follow up . Thank you healthy paws . We are happy pawrents and happy healthy fur child !

Best insurance ever
I would highly recommend Healthy paws insurance for your dog and have recommended it to many. My other dog was given insurance by another carrier and it doesn't even compare to healthy paws. They ease of making a claim, their customer service is the best around. I will never use another insurance company for my pests.

Only 12 weeks of coverage for alternative care
When my policy renewed this year, I was informed that alternative treatments (which include physical therapy, massage, laser treatment, and hydrotherapy, among others) is now limited to 12 weeks. 12 weeks of physical therapy is nothing if your dog has a major injury. I will absolutely NEVER recommend Embrace again. This is a huge change to the policy and I am extremely shocked and disappointed in them. One of the main reasons I chose Embrace was their coverage of alternative and experimental treatments. I will absolutely not ever start a new policy with any future dogs on Embrace again.

Fantastic
I had not had Healthy Paws for that long when my dog got a bowel obstruction. The surgery was NOT cheap! Healthy paws reimbursed me quite a chunk and it was in my bank account within a week! Not to mention the monthly cost is very affordable. I’m grateful to have had Healthy Paws!

This is the best pet insurance company I have ever used. The ease at making a claim and their customer service is the best around. I've had other insurances that don't even begin to compare to them. I would highly recommend them.

Healthy Paws has done exactly what they say they will do.
When we signed our Gabby up for insurance we wondered if we even needed it. 0ver 3 years went by and then Gabby got sick, she has Liver disease, Pancreas not working and a Heart murmur. She has lost around 7 pounds. We took her to K-State Vetinary Hospital . I paid and then sent our bills to Happy Paws and they are very quick to respond and you will get a check in the mail. I really feel like we picked the best insurance for our dogs.

Health Paws has done exactly what they say they will do.
Health Paws has done exactly what they say they will do. Our dog Gabby got very sick and we paid our bills and send them to Healthy Paws and they are quick to respond sending you a check. They also are kind enough to check on Gabby. . If you are looking for insurance I recommend Healthy Paws.

It has taken over a month to hear…
It has taken over a month to hear anything from them. Still have not been reimbursed for paying up front at the vets. They were quick to take my payment out when I bought the plan for my dog but yet still haven't seen what good this insurance is. At this this time I'm not sure if we will renew the insurance plan.
