Blown away by the customer service and attention to details
First time I've purchased pet insurance and this is on my Australian Shepherd youngster. I got the insurance policy AND the Wellness Rewards policy to boot. Because Fizz is young, I opted to schedule him for a wellness check to fill out the orthopedic exam for waiver of waiting period (rough and tumble boy!) I got a reminder that Embrace had not received it (Vet's office was faxing in, but sometimes those things fail), so I sent an email with the Filled/signed form from the Vet, as well as an image of the bill that I paid for that appointment. I never thought about it falling under the Wellness Rewards, I simply sent it to show that it was actually performed at the Vet's office. Next thing I know, I've gotten an email 3 business days later confirming they received my form and the waiver is applied on the orthopedic side, and 3 business days after that an email confirming they've accepted, processed, and paid for that visit under my Wellness Rewards and a check is on it's way! I think there's a whole lot of industries out there that could take a lesson in how to take care of your customers! Thank you so much!!

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing, the person that helped me over the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease and was very good with following up with me. It took three times of rescheduling until I finally was able to go over a plan with her and sign up my two cats. I am a super busy person, but she didn't give up 🙂 I look forward to working with this company it is very reasonable compared to other companies and seems to cover more in certain areas. I have this pet insurance on my dog since he was 8 months old and he will be 8 years old in 2 months. I never had a problem with any claim I submitted to Healthy Paws. They have a great app on my I phone that is so easy to use. They respond to the claim immediately and keeps me updated by email. The claim process is very quick and I received my check in days with a clear explanation of the covered items. I called a few times to see if see if something was covered and a real person answered on the first few rings and was clear and very polite. I suggest this insurance to anyone and I do this on a regular basis at the dog park.

Awesome claim and customer service!
We have had our Italian Greyhound, Sophie, on Trupanion since we got her! We picked a plan that worked for us and have had nothing but fast claim service and cant say enough good things about the company! Highly recommend!

Best Insurance for your Furry Family Member
My kitty Jenny had to spend a overnight in a Veterinary hospital just last week. I had such pice of mind knowing I have HEALTHY PAWS Pet Insuance. Claim submission is just a picture you send over your phone. I had a explanation of benefits within lest than 24 hours. I had very kind hearted emails from them wishing her well. I had a check on my mail box in less than a week. They are a Awesome Company and I would Highly Recommend them!
