VERY PROMPT CLAIM PROCESSING
I recently adopted my feline fur baby, Frieda. She developed a bladder infection and Fetch was VERY prompt in reviewing and processing the claims. Frieda is feeling much better and so am I, knowing that Fetch is their for us when we need them. Thanks a bunch!

I would not recommend Pets Best
I would not recommend Pets Best. What was advertised versus what they actually cover is very different. My experience is pet insurance with Pets Best is a scam. They purposely make the fine print unclear and have basically denied every claim saying it is not covered even spaying or medication is being denied. It was a waste of money to sign up. Their policy is not clear and the amount of time it takes them to process a claim is easily delayed 2 months. Don’t waste your time or money. Use the Costco pet insurance instead.

Eternally Grateful For Pumpkin.
The absolute best insurance that money can buy. I am eternally grateful to Pumpkin for all of the support through this last year. They were a saving grace while my wife and I battled issue after issue with our beloved boxer before having to put him to sleep. I'll be back soon Pumpkin to add our new family members very soon. Pets Best is AWESOME
Pets Best is AWESOME! It has paid for its self over & over! They email within the hour, after I submit a claim, that they've received it. Takes a couple of weeks & the money goes into my bank account!
