So far, I've used Trupanion for one of the dogs. She has an eye condition that requires an eye salve twice a day. A little tube of this salve is rather expensive, but am very pleased how much Trupanion reimburses me. It gives me peace of mind just knowing I have this insurance when I need it.

Great Claim Experience
My dog got deep eye ulcer. Went to 2 vets before finally got referred to an eye surgeon who operated on my dog the next day - and also to have weekly checkup for at least 2 months.
Trupanion was extremely efficient in processing claim, they covered all my expenses from all 3 vets and medications as well. I send them my receipts multiple times and every single time, got processed right away. Plus, they are soo courteous and professional when you talk to them on the phone.

Invest in your Pets
I never want to have to choose between treatment and euthanasia due to cost. I recommend insurance to anyone that loves their pets. My dog has had problems and I have not had to wonder how I was going to manage. The insurance reimburses the majority of costs and does so in a timely manner. I have recovered more than the cost of the insurance. I will never let my pets go uninsured.

They Truly Care About Their Customers and The Pets
We have had major claims on two of our dogs while being an Embrace customer (fortunately not in the same year!). They have been very helpful in assisting us with the claim process and have been very quick in sending the reimbursment. Not only have they been supportive, they have followed up with us concerning how our dogs were doing while they recovered! They've made us feel like our dogs were important to them and not just a "number" in their files. We have recommended Embrace to many of our dog friends!
