My new Great Dane puppy came down with Pnemonia and needed blood work, x-rays, antibiotics. I submitted my claim to Healthy Paws and was not only surprised at how fast my reimbursement check arrived ( one week) but I also received an email from Healthy Paws asking how my dog was and wishing him a speedy recovery! I thought that was amazing but 2 weeks later my dog was attacked by another dog at the park and I had to repeat the entire process from Vet visit to submitting another claim and to my surprise I received my reimbursement check within 1 week along with another follow up email checking on my dog. Healthy Paws is affordable, quick and amazing! I highly recommend them!

I was so skeptical about pet insurance and spent quite some time researching options. I finally decided on Embrace and submitted my first claim in my second year of coverage. I was expecting a denial or them not covering everything based on some hidden clause, but no! I was reimbursed exactly as promised and while the claim took a bit long to process, they were very responsive to questions. I'm very impressed.

Your Insurance and those processing the claims were indeed stupendioud. I have not had Pet Ins. on my other dogs and due to the recommendation of my Vet I called your Rep. After getting information from him, I could not pass up the opportunity to enroll my pet. Was very surprised how concerned you are about the health of my pet and the processing of the claims. Healthy Pets is the best! I've heard horror stories from many friends about their pet insurance from refusing to cover a pet, fighting for the reimbursements, complicated paperwork and rude customer service. I faxed my paperwork to Healthy Paws and had a reimbursement check in less than 1 week. Friendly and timely communications and a follow up with well wishes.

Never figured I would really ever have to use this insurance-just took it as an added precaution but boy am I glad I did. Without it I would have not been able to help my dog. Thank you.
