If I could leave 0/5 stars I would. Nationwide will find anyway to NOT cover whatever expense for your pet unless you started pet insurance as soon as you got your pet and your pet doesn't have any vet visits outside of wellness visits. Took my dog to MedVet and spent $1985, not a single dollar was covered!!
