Our veterinarians had a very easy time submitting our receipts to Trupanion. I received an email right away from Trupanion that they had a claim open and were working on it. Within two weeks of our dog being hospitalized the claim was dealt with and we were reimbursed for our vet bills. During a time of stress with our dog, Trupanion made the experience much easier to deal with so thank you.

I was making my own claims online until I found out my vets office can send it in. It was great, I picked up the prescription after paying upfront and went home. 2 days later my rebate had been deposited in my bank account. One less thing I have to think about. Thank you Trupanion
