After several years of paying premiums I had to make a claim ... it was well worth it. The full cost of treatment would have been a real hardship but knowing i had coverage made it possible to get quality treatment for my wonderful cat Alaska. I have coverage for all of my cats and my one dog. And I picked up coverage for my daughters cat!

I just want to thank you for all your help and service.About 70% of our bill was covered and my dog Rascal was all taken care of 100%! Im so glad that I decided to have this insurance for my dog.

We have had the sad experience of having had to utilize our pet insurance a lot, and Embrace has always been there for our dog Marley. The friendly concern of virtually everyone with whom we have had contact was not just a sales gimmick, but has been characteristic of each and every of the many sad times when we have had to make a claim. They have been prompt, thorough and wonderfully understanding of our dog's misfortunes. We are grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.

After a small incident that ended up costing hundreds of dollars I figured I needed to give insurance a chance. If something else major happened I would be crushed financially as the bank money I had set aside was already gone from one minor incident. I am SOOOOOOOO glad I went with my gut. Few weeks ago I had to rush my pup to the ER. It was such a relief when they brought out the estimate that she was insured. All I had to do was worry about my baby and not about the bills to make her better.

Yes, I cancelled my policy!Trupanion went out of their way to determine my dogs issue was preexisting when it wasn't. Digging through old files and associating unrelated issues to the one I had treated. No where in her records did it say she had what she was treated for. Unfortunately, her vet didn't want to "get involved" with any type dispute, now looking for another vet.Basically I got mega screwed out of 4 grand. I will NEVER advise anyone to use Trupaion EVER!!!!!!. Until my last breath!!!!!Upon your review I doubt this will go any further, but word of mouth is a wonderful thing. You have a great day!!!!!

I had an emergency w/ Zeus. Thank God I have Trupanion! From the moment the Vet's office submitted the claim, the staff at Trupanion keep you posted on the status every step of the way. Within a week my claim was processed & mailed out to me. Not only was that a quick turn around but 90% of the bill was covered. The only thing that could beat that is 100% coverage! The customer service I have received on this & previous occasions has always been friendly, informative, & professional.
