I liked to get insurance for two puppies but after 8 days I got charged as a same price for one of my pets. I requested to cancel the order they said sure but they charged me.

This is my 3rd year of policy renewal, very unhappy with the claim processing time. My premium is paid in full, the claims are all the same for her treatment, yet it takes 3-4 weeks for reimbursement? Is this company at risk, bankruptcy, etc??

Filing claims
I filed several claims at once having 3 dogs. They were all handled quickly and the money was received in a timely manner. It was easy to follow the steps to file a claim and check on the progress. Knowing we have the insurance in case of an injury or accident provides a piece of mind.
