Great service, fast payment, but vet note required
Claims were both processed in 2 days and check received within a week.Only issue is that one drug was not covered. After calling, a vet note was required to cover that drug. The problem is that since the claim is closed now it's going through an appeal etc... would have preferred to have been contacted to get the fax from the vet before the claim was closed.

Very Nice
I am very pleased with the insurance so far. The prior pet insurance I obtained didn't even come close to what I'm paying for with this policy.
My hope is some day that a policy could be that we would only have to pay upfront for the veterinary services as our deductible and the insurance company pays the vet directly. Sure would help the cashflow for all.

Don't Even Hesitate
ON my third dog, first time having any type of pet insurance.
Looked closely at 3 different companies & due to reviews chose Embrace.
Am just blown away by the follow-up & customer service they provide.
If you own a pet using Embrace is one of the best decision you can make for both you and your loved animal.
