Very good insurance. Easy to submit a claim and super fast payment. Communication is excellent. My poor baby had a broken leg which cost over $3000. I was reimbursed my 90% within a week and also for post op follow ups. I highly recommend this insurance.

I recently got a new puppy and after lots of research, I decided to enroll him with Embrace. I took him for a wellness check with my vet very soon after I got him. Embrace service has been prompt, professional and friendly. I am looking forward to keeping my new family member healthy for years to come.

They handled my claim quickly and made sure that my dog is ok. My one yr lab mix needs hip replacement surgery and I sent in a pre approval claim and they approved us 2days later. Thanks to them my baby will be able to walk and run normally again. They were fast with reimbursement for his X-ray claims that I had to put in. They returned calls fast and stuck to their word. I highly recommend this insurance. They are the nicest And most caring people. If only we had human insurance like them. Thank you trupanion!!

We have had PetsHealth insurance for the past 3 of our dogs, fortunate for us the 1st one did not need to use it except for routine preventative, our other 2 were another story. How thankful we were to have insurance to help cover the cost of things that can happen to our beloved pets! We are true believers in Pet Health Insurance and love the customer service we receive from Petshealth.

Fair claim reimbursement. Pays 90% of the claim no matter what the amount and not by some arbitrary, unrealistic schedule. You control your premium cost by choosing your own deductible. Deductibles are per illness/incident and not by calendar year, which tends to be financially beneficial to the pet owner. Has one bad feature - completely excludes consultations and exams which are common and essential. Would rate it '10' if it covered at least 60% - 90% of it.
