Excellent transaction

My claim was processed in a timely fashion. I received emails through the entire process informing me of the stage of the claim. My pet is doing well and it's nice to know that when she is ill Trupanion is there for us. Thank you.

The best insurance you can have!

My dog, Ollie, was involved in an altercation with another dog that led to over 100 stitches. I filed my claim with Healthy Paws and couldn't believe the great response I received. I received emails as to Ollie's progress, who by the way is doing fantastic, and my claim was processed so quickly that I was amazed. I would recommend Healthy Paws without reservation...

very solid company

we have had embrace insurance for our german shepherd since she was born 19 months ago. during that time i have been quite satisfied with the plan we created for her. for the last claim it took about 7 weeks to get the review of claim back. however, we were told at least 3 weeks into the process that delays could be expected. that helped to adjust our expectations as were becoming concerned/impatient. all's well that ends well. we are quite pleased to have insurance for our pup; and embrace seems to work fine.

They really do pay on claims!

I have had pet insurance of some kind on my almost 8-year-old BorderCollie since she was 8 weeks old and never filed a claim until this July. Since then, it has been one thing after another. Nothing atrocious (thank heaven!) but definitely requiring vet care. I switched over to Embrace several years ago, and every year I paid the premium I'd think - I probably don't even need this. But I'll tell you, the last 6 months, Embrace has been a lifesaver (I also have an almost 2-year-old wild puppy/dog - need I say more?) I keep waiting for a nasty letter to tell me to stop filing so many claims but instead all I get is wonderful service, quick reimbursements, and a feeling of relief. Thank You Embrace!

this is a huge fraud

The insurance doesn’t cover preexisting conditions. Each renewal is considered to be a new policy that does not cover old or reoccurring illnesses. Does not cover genetic disases Claim processing takes many months. Got burned by ASPCA three times for several thousand dollars.Planning to file a complaint with BBB and NYS Attorney General.

Long time customer

We have been with Embrace for several years now and have never had a complaint. Our late lab Tater went through some horrible times, and all the time Embrace was there with the coverage but more important kind words when you needed them. Buck, our yellow lab recently was diagnosed with a joint problem and Embrace was there again. He got the treatment he needed and just got a green card to play like the puppy he was born to be. I highly recommend Embrace.

ER Visit

I am furious with this insurance. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I renewed my dog's policy after having nothing but issues with this insurance and now am still having nothing but issues. We had to bring my dog to the ER day after Thanksgiving. The bill was almost $500. The had to do Xrays, labs, etc. I submitted my claim to Embrace and the same day I get an email back that Bailey had maxed out her wellness rewards for the year so they will not be paying a good portion of the bill. The visit had NOTHING to do with wellness. When I called the ER the labtech said, ma'am, we don't do wellness visits here. I said yes I know. Every time I submit a claim to this insurance, even after calling to confirm information, they find a reason not to pay the claim. I am completely disgusted and outraged. We just got a new dog and I will absolutely NOT insure him with this company. They have been nothing but scams and headaches.
