Just signed up with Embrace. Good customer service and coverage that is far cheaper than what Nationwide was trying to charge under my previous policy with them. Able to get what I had before with Nationwide without the 60% increase they are imposing.

Confident Trupanion is a solid company with excellent agents who are at ease with the process and inturn pass that onto clients
So far I am in the pipes for a filed claim for our Brussels Griffon, Gracie. She had a respiratory infection last month and I was unaware our insurance covered illness and medicines! So the agent I spoke to, (Pamela) explained my coverage for Gracie and she pointed me into the direction of filing that claim. I was initially calling about the possibility of a patella surgery looming in the future for Gracie. She was diagnosed a year after we began the insurance (upon bringing Gracie into our lives, we decided that pet insurance is a MUST). We have had lovely relationships with our pets over the years and serious vet bills too. So long story short friends and my vet, Dr. Serbin of Ingleside Animal Hospital in Phoenix AZ, recommended Trupanion. So immediately we bought a policy for Gracie. Back to our experience with Trupanion. So Barbara, the agent who was helping me on the paperwork necessary when a surgery may be needed on an animal emailed me directly since I was having difficulty downloading the pre approval and claims forms from the web site (my portal codes were not working). So without a beat, I have filed a claim for an illness I didn't know was covered. And am on the way to getting approval for what ever is in store for our girl in the near future. I appreciate the pro active approach and the tips on what we can file for and what we cannot. I am excited to know that my 459.00 respiratory bill may be cut in half for me and that the dog's surgery will be paid for up to 90% after my deductible is met. This is thrilling considering the amount of money one pours into their pets and have poured into pets over the course of their life time. I am never going to own a pet without insuring them. I will review Trupanion after the surgery (if it is needed) and how fast my claim was processed for the respiratory illness at a later date.

Thank you for your inquiry about Cocoa. But it really his brother Curly whom you have most helped, including in our most recent claims. Curly had a major medical episode in March, when he went epileptic out of the blue. It was a $6000 event by the time he got all the treatment he needed to pull him through and get him on the successful course he is now on. You paid a totally reasonable amount if that initial claim, Any claims since then are somehow related to that first event, and I am very satisfied with how you have handled these claims, the amounts you have paid, and the quit short time it took to process the claims. I am definitely a satisfied customer.
