I had this insurance for the past five years. I never had any issues at all. My dog had several surgeries and was seriously sick at the very end. Healthy Paws always processed my claims very quickly. I always got my checks within 10 days of filing the claim so I never had to worry about my credit card bills. Their customer service is outstanding. When I lost my sweet Brady in March 2019, I received a handwritten card by their office staff. Also, they were so sympathetic and compassionate with any email communication. My heart is so broken over the loss of Brady, but I know that if I ever can have another dog in the future, I will absolutely be getting Healthy Paws insurance again.

I just want the say THANK YOU for the speedy reimbursement of our claim. My fur baby needed surgery. The surgery was done on a Friday, I submitted the claim online on Monday the claim payment was in my bank account By Thursday.

Don't go without insurance
Do not go without insurance if you have a pet. They are awesome. Easy to file with the app and money comes in 3-4 weeks later. Very painless process.

My Auggie had a horrible accident on…
My Auggie had a horrible accident on the 17th. I rushed him to my Vet who did all they could to stabilize him and referred me to an Emergency center for a higher level of care. I called Trupanion and they answered all my questions and left me with a heavy weight that was lifted. I would have done anything for him and knowing that Trupanion covered 90% of the cost help significantly. I submitted my claim and within 2-3days I was reimbursed, no questions asked. When I tell of my story with Auggie, it comes hand in hand with Trupanion and the wonderful care I received at both facilities.

Easy and fast claim submission and payment
Unfortunately, my dog has had a few recent vet bills all in a row. Though it’s rough for my pet to go through, it’s super easy to submit a claim with Nationwide. They review it and get your approved payment sent back to you quickly, which is really convenient. Great service!

Flawless
Dakota was really sick and not eating, vomiting and constant diarrhea. I submitted my 1st claim the old fashioned way and printed the claim form and e-mailed the whole bit. The 2nd claim I used the newer method and did the claim online, and it was so easy! Both claims I was reimbursed quite timely, and money was waiting in my bank account. Huge improvement over the old system a couple of years ago. Dakota is 100% recovered and back to his usual self.
