They really do pay on claims!
I have had pet insurance of some kind on my almost 8-year-old BorderCollie since she was 8 weeks old and never filed a claim until this July. Since then, it has been one thing after another. Nothing atrocious (thank heaven!) but definitely requiring vet care. I switched over to Embrace several years ago, and every year I paid the premium I'd think - I probably don't even need this. But I'll tell you, the last 6 months, Embrace has been a lifesaver (I also have an almost 2-year-old wild puppy/dog - need I say more?) I keep waiting for a nasty letter to tell me to stop filing so many claims but instead all I get is wonderful service, quick reimbursements, and a feeling of relief. Thank You Embrace!

this is a huge fraud
The insurance doesn’t cover preexisting conditions. Each renewal is considered to be a new policy that does not cover old or reoccurring illnesses. Does not cover genetic disases Claim processing takes many months. Got burned by ASPCA three times for several thousand dollars.Planning to file a complaint with BBB and NYS Attorney General.

Long time customer
We have been with Embrace for several years now and have never had a complaint. Our late lab Tater went through some horrible times, and all the time Embrace was there with the coverage but more important kind words when you needed them. Buck, our yellow lab recently was diagnosed with a joint problem and Embrace was there again. He got the treatment he needed and just got a green card to play like the puppy he was born to be. I highly recommend Embrace.

ER Visit
I am furious with this insurance. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I renewed my dog's policy after having nothing but issues with this insurance and now am still having nothing but issues. We had to bring my dog to the ER day after Thanksgiving. The bill was almost $500. The had to do Xrays, labs, etc. I submitted my claim to Embrace and the same day I get an email back that Bailey had maxed out her wellness rewards for the year so they will not be paying a good portion of the bill. The visit had NOTHING to do with wellness. When I called the ER the labtech said, ma'am, we don't do wellness visits here. I said yes I know. Every time I submit a claim to this insurance, even after calling to confirm information, they find a reason not to pay the claim. I am completely disgusted and outraged. We just got a new dog and I will absolutely NOT insure him with this company. They have been nothing but scams and headaches.

quick and efficient
first time having pet insurance but we got a newfoundland puppy and figured we better get some insurance. Have submitted two claims on her wellness benefits and the people at Embrace were very quick in letting me know they received the claim and then very good about letting me know when the money would be in my account. So far very happy with our choice of insurance for our puppy.

Great Insurance!!!!
Great insurance! My puppy ate a chicken bone and had an emergency surgery costing over $3000. Embrace's claim process was quick and easy. I received a check for 80% of my claim within 30 days.

I think human health insurance companies should follow the Embrace approach with regard to customer service and delivery of benefits...

Wow....Color Me Impressed!
We have been with Embrace for just over a year and before the first year was up submitted a claim for over $4000. Our calico Carly decided to swallow over 2 feet of ribbon, which promptly obstructed her small intestines and required surgery. Embrace took a little longer to reimburse us, but kept us informed all through the process about delays due to high claim submissions. They never once questioned our claim documentation, have the nicest people and the best customer service I have ever experienced. We were reimbursed the full 80%($4385.00). Thanks Embrace you have customers for life.

Helpful claim reps
We have had 3 claims with Embrace for our 4 year old Viki. I have always found the reps to be considerate of the pet and efficient in getting the refund to us. They keep us well informed and are ready to answer any questions we have. Embrace came highly recommended to me by my vet!
