While I understand that costs go up I was totally shocked by the 50% increase in premiums this year.

I have paid into this plan for 8 years and only collected once approx. $300 when I had to take my dog to the emergency from bee stings. I feel like I am having to pay for other dog's ailments even though mine is healthy.
