Glad I bought ASPCA

I have found that insurance gives you a peace of mind. In most cases you don't get reimbursed for more than you pay for premiums. However, if my dog were to get really sick, I have a peace of mind that some of my costs would get covered.

Caring Customer Service

Embrace has been there during Poppy's puppyhood. They exhibit a caring attitude toward both the client and the pet. Securing insurance from Embrace was the smartest pet decision we have ever made. Fantastic!

Very happy with quick turnaround on my claims

I, unfortunately, have a dog that has had some health problems the last 12 months. I have submitted about a dozen claims in that time and all of them have been handled professionally and quickly. I believe the claim review process at Embrace is very fair and, more importantly, transparent to me as a policyholder. I can see now why Embrace was so highly rated when I was looking for pet insurance policies two years ago.

Re: Embrace saves the day

We've had Zola Bear for nine months now and a few weeks ago she was diagnosed with a mass on her front paw that needed to be removed. Zola's well being is of the utmost important to us and we planned to go through with the procedure regardless of whether it was covered under her insurance. Embrace was there every step of the way and made the financial impact less of a burden. Much to my surprise Embrace lived up to their end of the agreement and we were only responsible for the $200 deductible and 20% of the bill. The bill was $1,131.50. Embrace sent me a check in the amount of $725.12. I'm still in shock over the payment we received from Embrace.

I am SO impressed and relieved

I just adopted my greyhound in March, and a friend suggested I get Embrace insurance, because he'd had great experiences with it. So I did. Later, my dog ate a PetShoppe brand "durable" (ha ha!) toy's tail and squeaker in less than 2 minutes I was away to get a yogurt from the fridge and return. Weeks later the squeaker had apparently lodged in her intestine, was causing problems and had to be removed costing more than $4000--Embrace staff were so helpful and responsive at every step of the way, AND a vet at the emergency clinic says he thinks Embrace is the best pet insurance--reasonable and responsive.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance Was Such A Blessing

In January of 2012 my black lab, Lucy, was diagnosed with adrenal cancer (and Cushing's Disease). Her cancer was inoperable because it had also "severely invaded" her vena cava (vein to the heart). However, the University of Missouri Veterinary Teaching Hospital decided to take her as a patient in their oncology department. Lucy was scheduled to receive radiation treatment at the hospital M-F for four weeks (the entire month of March), and would spend the weekends with me at home. She was a trooper through it all - stoic, and such a sweetheart. However, on Tuesday, March 26th she took an unexpected turn for the worse. As best the doctors can tell, Lucy developed a tumor clot that traveled through her heart into her lungs (which then produced fluid in her lungs resulting in Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, ARDS). Because of their quick care, they immediately took her into ICU and stabilized her so she was not struggling to breathe for long. However, within a few hours of my arrival she began to get worse. I had to put her down at 1:30am Wednesday morning; it was the hardest thing I've ever done. Her radiation was going well and she was due to come home two days later (on Good Friday), so this was an extremely unfortunate turn of events. Since her passing, every day has been a struggle. I miss my best friend so much I hurt, continuously. The twelve years seemed to fly by in a minute; what I would give for more time. Though my greatest pleasure would come from seein

Best insurance ever

I had ASPCA for my two cats for years. It was real B.S. You know ASPCA should shame themselves. Only cover up to $1500 for one incident/year only. I kept ASPCA feeling like my good will against my instinct. Finally I moved to Trupanion last October. Then one of my cats got kidney failure. Last October was transition time so my cat was double insured. ASPCA only paid me $1500 out of $7000 plus cost after weeks of communication. Trupanion pick up the rest. It was close to 90% of the balance. And fast. Right I submit the document from ASPCA, it only take 10 days. Trupanion I will give A. To ASPCA, I will give C.
