I have had different insurance companies for my pets and never have I had a claim paid. There has always been a loop hole in my policy that gave the insurance company the right not to pay. Leary about another company I gave it a shot and couldnt believe my first claim was paid WITHOUT a war to battle, most imporant TRUE customer service which many services are excluding. So far so good :)

I am so greatful to have had healthy paws insurance for my dog when he hurt his leg. After a few expensive doctors visits, it turned out that he had torn the ligament in his left back leg and needed surgery! If we had not had insurnace, there is no way we would have been able to afford the medical care our dog desperatly needed. Thank goodness for that 80% reimbursement! Now my dog is running around and happy to be mobile again, and we are not in massive dept! Healthy paws made it so easy to file claims and were very fast in sending checks out. THANKS HEALTHY PAWS!

Healthy Paws- Thank you so much for all the attention and help you've given us! Luna is doing very well and made a speedy recovery. After a horrible reaction to Ivermectin and time in the hospital, the last thing we wanted to worry about was money an insurance! It took a few days for her sight to come back, but luckily that was the worst of it. I am so grateful for all the help you've given us and the speedy manner in which everything was taken care of. Because what happened to me could happen to anyone, and, it was boom, out of left field! I was grateful that I did not have to make the decision to put the sweetheart down. So get insurance! Or be responsible and don't get a pet if you cannot afford to really take care of it.

Our Alaskan Malamute Mandi had ruptured her right cruciate ligament. She had to have it repaired with a procedure called Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy. ASPCA paid for about 3/4 of the procedure, I can't tell you how happy we were with this amount. We have 2 Malamute the other one is also insurance, and thank God she doesn't have this problem.
