I was expecting that the exam to determine the need for medication wold be paid for. Only the medication was covered. The process was seamless and I was reimbursed promptly. We have had Trupanion 8 years and have excellent support and service.

My State Farm agent (Brandee Nettles) was extremely helpful with getting me all the I formation I needed and helping me get enrolled. She was professional and knowledgable and was able to help me pick what was best for me and my pet.
