Trupanion Saved My Little Pip's Life
Two weeks ago, blood work revealed that my 4-year-old kitty Pip was extremely anemic and required a blood transfusion. Had it not been for Trupanion, I may have had to put my little girl to sleep. Instead, Trupanion covered most of Pip's $12,000+ of expenses for her hospital stay, blood transfusion and on-going care. They paid the vet directly so that I didn't have to max out my credit cards to get her the care she needed. I am so grateful to have my Pip at home with me now and recovering.

Catherine was so helpful. I even asked her to wait on hold a moment while I discussed a small detail with my husband that she brought to my attention. It took a little longer than I thought it would, and when I came back to her I had accidentally disconnected the call. She not only called me back and left a message when she didn't reach me right away, but also sent me an email with the details of what we had been discussing that made me ask her to put her on hold. She also included a message in the email about a possibly better time to call me back, if that was also an issue. So helpful, and so full of information, Catherine is truly a great asset to your team!! Please give her one more 'Thank you!!" On my behalf!!
