Best Insurance Ever
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been a great blessing to us. We purchased our dream kitten from Russia, and we immediately had all the health checks done and obtained accident and illness insurance from Healthy Paws. As they say, everything can change in an instant, our “Putin” was adorable and happy for the first several months, then started to slow down and finally was in the ER due to severe constipation. A week later he is hospitalized for a week and finally they sedated him and manually removed stool from his colon. It was a horrible process; and a hospital bill of over $5,000.00. Healthy Paws reviewed the claim in a matter of days and we had our reimbursement quickly! The claim process is quick an easy, just upload the information from your home computer to the website, attach a copy of the medical records history for the first claim, and if questions; they will contact you. Unfortunately for us, the treatment was only a temporary fix, in a matter of weeks the problem was developing again, the Putin was referred to a surgeon to discuss options for surgery for Megacolon. The surgery would give our 10-month-old kitten a chance at a normal life, otherwise, it would just be repeated hospitalizations and removal of stool. Thanks to having Healthy Paws pet insurance, we were able to better afford the surgery that he needed. Putin was in hospital for a week, he had a subtotal colectomy, and a repair of a pericardial hernia, and his liver put back in place. It was touch and go for several days, but he survived, thanks to a great surgeon and facility, and our miracle baby is back and loving life! The bill was $8,200.00. I submitted a claim on Sunday night, and by Monday afternoon I got the confirmation notice that the claim was processed, and by Friday I received the payment so our emergency fund could be replaced. I highly recommend anyone looking for Pet Insurance consider Healthy Paws. The service was impeccable. Get the insurance when your pet is young and be prepared for the unexpected. If not for this insurance we would have had to put our sweet baby down due to the large expense! I plan to be a customer for the remainder of my pet’s life. Job well done Healthy Paws!

I am so disappointed with Pets…
I am so disappointed with Pets Best;they sold me a policy in bad faith. I was deciding between PB, and Trupanion. When I spoke to the PB representative, I explained that my puppy had 2 issues, that cost a lot of money, and that is why I wanted to get pet insurance. I was upfront about every detail; I was told that as long as it doesn't happen again, in the first 3 days, after signing up, we would be covered. Unfortunately he had to have surgery within the first month, and they denied my claim, stating something that was never sent to me, until after I signed up with them. One of their selling points was that they settle all claims, within one week; it took months for the first claim. Then they said, that the first claim can take longer, but all claims after will be with 1 week. I asked why they didn't pay a different claim, which they said was direct deposited (I never gave them my bank info, or signed up for direct deposit (another lie). I have one more pending claim, from 1/12, which is going on 5 weeks; still haven't heard anything. I emailed them, outlining all the above, in great detail, and asked what they are going to do, to restore my faith in Pets Best. GUESS WHAT - NO RESPONSE . They haven't paid one single claim, but they had no problem billing my credit card, for the 2nd payment. I also told them to listen to their phone recording, so they can hear exactly what I disclosed, and the reply I got, from their representative. I write a lot of GOOD reviews; this is not the norm for me, to complain about a company. This is justified. STAY AWAY FROM PETS BEST

Awesome experience
Figo is a breeze to work with. I submitted my claim and had the money in my bank account in less than 5 days. It made the stress of having an almost $1500 emergency vet bill so much more manageable. I have very high standards when it comes to customer service and Figo passed with flying colors.

ASPCA Pet Insurance is a must have
Having ASPCA Pet Insurance allows me to have peace of mind. I am confident in knowing that if my dog Feddi gets sick or hurt my decision to take him to the vet and do what is necessary to get him better is not based on what I can afford. I did my homework before purchasing pet insurance and felt ASPCA pet insurance offered the most for the money. Submitting a claim is easy and they reimburse quickly. They also have wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them.

Always pleasant and ready to look into any problem. I was so pleased when my Molly's Cushings was flagged so that all claims will be paid. I appreciate the emails to tell me that a claim has been filed and know that within a couple of days payment will be in the bank. Thank-you for making things a little less stressful.
