THE BEST!
Our dogs are crazy, so we knew we needed pet insurance to cover any accidents. Our vet recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance, so we went for it. We are SO HAPPY we did! Within the first few weeks, our dog got into a lot of trouble, so we ended up using the insurance to save us thousands of dollars. We have saved sooooo much money over the years thanks to ASPCA Pet Insurance. Best of all, after every claim we make, the representatives call us to see how our dogs are doing. It's so sweet. I very rarely leave positive reviews on websites, but this warrants one. We can't say enough good things about ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Great service
My Ridgeback had a tumor rempved from her leg (benign, thank goodness).My ASPCA insurance reimbursed me a sizable amount in a relatively short period of time. The handling of this case from processing to reimbursement was stellar. I was very happy that I had this coverage.

Slow review of bills
Compared with other pet insurance policies we have had, Pet First is very slow to review and approve or reject claims. Hard to track when it takes this long and I do not get written or email feedback.Very nice and apologetic people on phone.

Couldn't have done it without Embrace!
I have submitted multiple claims in reference to my Great Dane puppy who had been sick since we got her. While pre-existing conditions are not covered they still made a huge impact by reimbursing everything that they could. Including prescription food and medications! I'm really glad I customized my plan with embrace!

don't bother with 24 PetWatch Insurance
First claim in 4 years, 2 diagnoses, they charged 2 deductibles, and we got $8.38 out if a $215 claim, took 3 months, 3 faxes, numerous unanswered phone calls and emails. Sent letter to Mark Warren, CEO ,yesterday. Total scam.

EMBRACE covered me!
I've had times where insurance were "unable" to cover certain medical expenses. EMBRACE's staff were friendly and on top of everything I needed to get done. They refunded our vet bill and Bentley (my SH Chihuahua) is happy and healthy!

I am so happy I decided to take out pet insurance for my 3 dogs. My first choice was Embrace! Recently our
Boxer had surgery to repair a torn cruciate and
is now doing rehab, I would never been able
to give her the care she needed without Embrace
And the Wellness rider is great, it covers vaccinations
to flea meds. and heartworm preventative. Thanks to all

Outstanding Pet Insurance
Urie started with vomiting, diarrhea and became extremely lethargic within 2 days. She spent 2 days at our vet's (Peticote Veterinary) and then 2 more days at Northstar Emergency Hospital. Urie had multiple blood work, lab work, x-rays, ultrasounds, endoscopy, etc., and received the best possible care. KUDOS to Peticote and Northstar for their diligence in getting Urie back to excellent health. And yes, KUDOS to Embrace Pet Insurance Company! It is so comforting and gives me such great peace of mind in dealing with all veterinary decisions. I've been with Embrace for 2+ years and I'm so grateful for their excellent service and professionalism. It was the best decision I made in selecting Embrace over 5 other companies indeed!

HORRIBLE
DON'y buy this. They refuse to call vet as is claimed is one of their steps to clarify coverage on claim issues. Months of refusal.ALL health and claim records very deatailed care were submitted. Yet they claim a vet letter is needed. Vet has no idea what they want nor do I. But they wqon't tell him. They just refuse to pay claim cAt was never never sick before a stye in eye almost two years that I owned him. How could there be any kind of or existing condition if in fact thatts what they aim to use foor denial. It just showed up.
