It was easy to sign up and the coverage options are quite varied. The customer servuce representative was very friendly and well spoken. He took the time to go over all my options, and was very patient whne my son interrupted our conversation. He went abjve and beyond to ensure I was well informed, and had the right plan for my dog.

You were helpful financially and verbally both times, and what I valued the most, both times you were kind and patient with me, when I was devastated, when I didn't know if my Medo will survive or not.
