Payment slower than usual...
I love Trupanion and will still recommend this pet insurance to everyone! This claim was kindo of slow to be paid. My dog had an injection in early December for a covered, previously given many times, medication and it took until last week to pay. Usually, it is paid in a very timely manner. This one took a while...Maybe the Holidays, maybe a smaller workforce due to COVID?
