I have had ASPCA pet insurance for a few years now. Originally I had no insurance and my dog had to have CCL repair surgery which is a very expensive surgery. After that expense I decided that the cost of insuring all my pets was well worth it. Since getting coverage one of my dogs was diagnosed with Addison's disease. My other dog has Hypothyroidism. Without ASPCA insurance coverage I may have had to euthanize the dog with Addison's because it is very expensive to diagnose and her ongoing meds, lab work, etc are very expensive. Due to ASPCA's coverage she has been able to live a normal life. I am grateful to ASPCA for offering the coverage.

I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Here's the back story. My wife and I got a siberian kitten about a year and half ago. Our little guy was super healthy with no issues what so ever. In talking to a buddy who got a puppy around the same time the topic of pet insurance came up. I did a little bit of research and wasn't sure if we really needed insurance since form what we heard cats don't have as many health problems as dogs and siberians are a very healthy breed. So i put getting insurance on the back burner. Well back in January we noticed our little guy managed to rip out a claw. We took him to the vet and sure enough it was infected. They did an xray, cleaned it up and prescribed some antibiotics. The vet bill for that visit set me back about $600. Since our little guy is super active and the chances of him tearing out a claw again I decided to resume my search for a pet insurance plan. I came across an article written by a vet on the topic of Pet insurance and one line really struck a chord with me. It basically said you should get pet insurance to help in the event your pet requires medical attention that results in a large bill that you wouldn't be able to pay out of pocket. Now when a vets comes to you and says your pet needs this and that and it will cost this much, you don't want to be in a position to say I can't afford that and have to let your pet be put to sleep. This is the first time we used the insurance, we've had it fo a few years, but hadn't used it. Our dog, molly got hurt and we had to use it, they treated us great, and we were so thankful for the reimbursement, because her bills were quite high, I would definatly recommend this insurance for anyone who loves their fur babys, and I feel the price you pay for this insurance is very reasonable. My vet and other people have mentioned that they have never heard of Embrace, but I told them I read an online review of pet insurance providers and Embrace was listed as one of the best. Their website is user friendly and they settle claims quickly.

We recently had a possible emergency with our dog finding and possibly ingesting an Advil gelcap. The vet checked our Angel out and pretty much felt he was going to be okay after running blood tests and just the way Angel was acting. Thankfully, we had the ASPCA pet insurance which covered a majority of the claim. We checked out the different pet insurance companies 4 or 5 years ago and found the ASPCA had the best coverage and decided at that time this was the one we want for our little Angel. The service it outstanding, if you have any questions the customer service will answer them in both a courteous and professional way. Sending in a claim is a breeze, and payment for reimbursement is very prompt. We were shocked when we received a call from the ASCPA wanting to know how Angel was doing. I am very pleased with Healthy Paws! I insured my puppy at 8 weeks, choosing the 90%, $100 deductible. You always hope you will not need it, but if you do, you can count on HP. The service is fantastic - claims made easy and paid quickly. Best decision I have made to ensure my dog gets great veterinary care when she needs it.
