Quickly resolved but...
The claim was resolved within a week of submission, for which I was pleased. However, I was disappointed that (1) the $135 fee for the vet to evaluate the problem was excluded from the total bill I submitted and (2) it has now been a week since the claim was adjudicated and payment has not been received.

The team is always willing to work with me and happy to answer any question I might come up with. In this virtual age, it is very nice to have a easy to use account portal and a web chat available. My vet also has the system built in so I get to file my claim through them without any additional hassle on my end. Very worth the investment!
