Pets Best insures my senior dog, which is very important to me. They are easy to contact with questions, friendly and very helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Claims are very easy to file online. In all, Pets best has proven to be a pleasant experience.

We just found out our puppy may have a problem with her liver. She is only 5 months old. I was having a problem getting all Roxy's medical records from the Vet, but Healthy Paws stepped in and got them immediately. Additionally, they processed our claim with record speed! This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am very happy I chose Healthy Paws!

My 12 year old beagle, Joey, has been unhealthy for a few years. He has heart, liver and respiratory conditions which require medication. In addition to two torn ACL surgeries. We never heard of pet insurance before Joey. We "self insured" the first few surgeries including his first ACL repair and knee replacement costing us over $5,000. We heard about ASPCA Pet Insurance after this first ACL surgery I can not imagine being without this valuable coverage. We have peace of mind by having this outstanding insurance.

My dog was stung by a bee last summer. Of course it was a weekend and the normal vets office was closed. He had a severe reacation and landed in in the animal ER. It was an expensive visit for us. I submitted the claim to Pets Best and within a very short time the reimbursement was in our account. When on a tight budget, you can not imagine how much it meant to my family to have such a fast turn around on a claim. I tell everyone that my pets have better health insurance than I do!!!!!!!!!

PetsBest has been AMAZING!! The continue to exceed my expectations. I have four dogs and PetsBest insures them all. I hear horror stories about from some of my friends that use different companies. PetsBest continues to exceed my expectations--I don't know what I'd do without them paying for my baby's recent seizures. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else :-)

I had to submit multiple claims for my cat over a period of a month, and since it was my first claim I called a couple times in order to make sure I was submitting the correct form, with the correct info, etc. Each time I called I was on hold for less than a minute, and the customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just nice. I have two kitties insured through ASPCA pet insurance and I could not be happier. We have had to make three claims for one of our cats and each time ASPCA has made the process efficient and easy. We have always received a sizable return for our expenses and the claims are always followed by a check-up call from an ASPCA agent, to make sure he is doing better and to ensure we are satisfied with their service. I always recommend to my pet parent friends that they get ASPCA pet insurance because it has been a huge financial lifesaver in emergency situations. As our cats age, I have no doubts we will up our insurance to a higher level with more coverage, just because ASPCA has been so wonderful. Their customer service team is always polite and I love hearing a dog bark in the background while I'm on the phone with them - you are working with animal lovers when you're working with ASPCA!

Submitted Wellness claim for my dog after spay surgery with vet. The claim was handled promptly and my payment deposited as promised. Of course the bill was higher than the claim, but I did go with the vet instead of an animal welfare group, which was my choice. So far so good with Embrace but I haven't used it for anything except for the Wellness benefit which is an extra monthly cost.
