My beautiful fur baby was diagnosed with cancer. I never expected it. All the representatives I've spoken to, with questions and concerns about the coverage we extremely kind and understanding and sympathetic about our situation. So far, Trupanion has done exactly what they said, to the penny, quickly and without fuss. This is so unlike my prior pet insurance experience that I am ecstatic. No messing around with primary diagnosis versus secondary versus limits per condition - just paid what they said they would. Refreshing!
