Easy

I wish we would have gotten insurance sooner. Jasmine started showing signs of joint problems before age 1. At 1 Yr she had double elbow surgery, at 2 she tore her right ACL at 3 she tore her left. She's been on allergy shots since age 1. When we decided we really needed to have insurance it was too late. She had too many pre-existing conditions. But, with Jasmine getting older and not healthy, we had to find something. The ASCPA has several different plans from covering just about everything, to just an accident. We started out with one of the basic plans and it covered an ankle injury, poisioning, ear issues. We have since moved up a plan and she had 3 cysts on her back removed that were getting too big but, the stitches wouldn't hold. She had to have 2 more surgeries to finally get it to heal. The claim process is simple, the allowances are fair and the payment is quick. We couldn't ask for anything better.

Well, I was in doubt when I signed up for trupanion pet insurance. My friends told me all pet insurance is a lie. They don't pay for anything! I was skeptical but I thoug let's try it. My OLAF had to have surgery afterwards. First claim was delayed for 10 days as they told me it's because its the first one and they were up to their word. OLAF needed medical attention for about two months after the surgery. Trupanion paid very quickly and OLAF is doing fine now. If it wasn't for them, I wouldv given him away cus I can't afford all the expenses. They're great. I just hope they would pay for the exams of eligible medical issues. I'm not asking them to pay for all exams but rather for the exam of the case they're pay for. This would be wonderful. Thank you Trupanion!

Great Pet Insurance Company!

My little dog has developed several health issues in the last few years and Healthy Paws has always been very responsive. Claims are processed quickly and checks are usually received within a week of sending in a claim. The staff manning the phone lines have been very helpful when I called in with questions or directed me to the right person to answer my questions. A person gets back to me right away. The only thing that would make them better would be to cover the office visit fees, too.

far better than we imagined.

healthy paws has been our insurance company since we got our rescue puppy six months ago. and in that time, our dog has undergone x-rays, ultrasounds, mass removals, and countless probes, check-ups, and antibiotics cycles. we expected much of this to actually not be covered by healthy paws. but once we'd gotten beyond our deductible, they've gone above and beyond. we are always reimbursed the percentage we've agreed on, and have saved literally thousands of dollars. the process for submitting claims is simple, answers are fast, and checks arrive in the mail that same week more often than not. and they follow up, asking how your animal is doing. it's the best experience we could imagine, and i recommend them to everyone we meet.

Great Service, Honest, Fast, Reliable

We adopted an Olde English Bulldogge from a reputable breeder and decided to get pet insurance for piece of mind, hoping we wouldn't have to use it. After research we decided to go with Pets Plus Us and we chose the $200 deductible and 90% coverage plan. By 11 weeks old,our puppy developed chronic urinary tract infections that required multiple tests to find the cause. She also developed a cold and eye infection! It seemed like one thing after another that lead to expensive vet visits. It was scary and stressful but Pets Plus Us was the least stressful part! The claims and payment went through incredibly quickly and exactly as described. The customer service is helpful and great. We are very very happy that we chose to go with this company.

I would recommend Embrace to family and friends.

Brady is 10 our year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. He was diagnosed with a heart murmur approximately 2 years ago. Upon relocating from PA to NJ we naturally switched veterinarians. His new Dr. recommended a complete cardiac work-up including xrays, cardiogram and bloodwork to ascertain the severity of his illness and to determine a treatment plan. I did have the work precertified so I would know exactly what the out-of-pocket expense would be. When the work was done and the invoice submitted, Embrace initially did not pay the amount previously indicated. I immediately called to discuss the situation. The staff was very sympathetic and eager to resolve the situation. Two days later I received an email that they had reviewed the case and would be correcting my refund. I truly appreciate that they lived up to their word.

Very Easy Process

I have had Pets Best Insurance for 2 years and this was the first illness that required me to submit a claim. The process was very straight forward and I could easily track the progress through my customer account on their website. The claim response was detailed and clearly showed the application of my deductible and co-pay amounts. Such a relief to have this insurance and ease of process when I needed to focus on my dog and her care.

Fast Response

I sent in the claim and within 2 weeks during the Christmas Season, I received notice that the claim would be taken care of. I am very happy with Pets Best.
