Embrace Works for Us
I signed my newly adopted rescue with Embrace and took her to the vet for her annual checkup. Embrace was exceptionally helpful in keeping me informed on what benefits I have and how to get the most from my plans. I renewed without hesitation. After the first year, my dog Allie's gagging after drinking water became more often and severe so after numerous vet visits and tests, we took her to the specialist at the Veterinary Referral Hospital.

Wish my insurance customer service was this good
Been with Embrace for several years and have always had great service, this company will work with you as best it can to cover as much as it can. I highly recommend Embrace.

Excellent customer service
Embrace informed me immediately that they received my claim and followed up with my questions. I really appreciated the clarity of their explanation of benefits. They have been upfront about which conditions will not be covered and promptly reimbursed me for the submitted claims. I have been thoroughly impressed with Embrace and only wish my own health insurance worked this well!

Best insurance company I have dealt with
Trupanion have been providing coverage for my dog for the past 6 years. They are exceptionally good at providing me with the service that I require: My claims are expedited from the time I submit them, and payment is always prompt. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Trupanion is a WONDERFUL insurance plan for petowners. They keep you informed on the status of your claims and claims are paid in a timely manner, with absolutely no hassle. Anyone with a pet should get this insurance.

Great Company!

Trupanion really needs to reach out to the various animal rescue groups. I do volunteer work for an organization and there has been no contact from Trupanion. This is a perfect avenue to gain business.
