Very Helpful

I have never had pet insurance, but due to showing our dog in 4H I decided it may be important now. I searched all over the internet and with others for an insurance with great benefits and affordable (we are a family of 4 with below average income currently and lots of student loans). I found Embrace online and bought our dog insurance which is a good fit for us right now, I also did get the Wellness insurance, which is for shots, etc. we needed to pay for anyway, so rather than paying all at once for shots, etc. we pay a monthly wellness fee and submit claims for reimbursement to Embrace. The Wellness insurance actually lets us come out slightly ahead financially too although we pay up front. What I like the absolute most about the insurance is the help I receive online!! Any question, misunderstanding, etc. is thoroughly looked at and responded too almost always within a day! I really appreciate that! Thank you! I recommend Embrace to our veterinarians as well! I appreciate the flexibility of creating our own plan!

Faith Restored

This was my first time submitting a claim with a pet insurance company. My then-11 month old Bullmastiff, George, developed dysplasia in both elbows which required surgery. Embrace didnt have all the facts initially and denied the claim citing pre-existing conditions. My wife and I continued to provide documentation supporting our case including a letter from our Vet who explained in detail that his condition couldnt have been pre-existing. We did have to go through some frustrating and anxious months of repeated denials and appeals, but finally we received the news we had hoped for and Embrace approved the claim! We've all heard of horror stories in dealing with insurance companies - pet and otherwise - in denying rightful claims. My faith in insurance companies "doing the right thing" was restored and I'm very happy and thankful to say Embrace turned out to be one of the "good guys." Our family is very happy we chose Embrace and will continue to do so for all our future pets.

Max and Bounce Fabric Sheets

Max my 1 year old 7lb Papillon ate 2 fabric sheets. The sheets were stuck and he became sick because he was unable to pass them. With excellent doctor care for a week he finally was able to pass them on his own. Having insurance enabled me to get the appropriate care for Max. He fully recovered and Embraced sent me the appropriate money. The customer service is exceptional and I was always kept update on the claims. I have had a wonderful experience with Embrace.

Love Embrace

My baby Jack, an English bulldog puppy developed demodex after a very long surgery which depressed his immune system and he could not fight off the mites. I had to put him on ivermectin for 30 days go back have a skin scraping and do another 30 days of meds to make sure the mites were under control. Thank god for Embrace, they always come through and save the day. I could not have done what was right for my Baby Jack without them! Thank yo Embracers!

Fast and Reliable Witha Heart

Ive complained a few times to Pet's Best about little things here and there, but they were always in the contract. When my dog Howie an at the time 9-year old miniature poodle, dislocated his hip, they really came through. Howie was traumatized hind quarters,and when I took him to the vet in Bloomington, IN where I was living and teaching, the vet told me he had probably been hit by a a car because of the different sizes of his legs and the bones probably never set properly when I fond him in Kentucky. He had such bad hair, ear mites and required being put under anesthesia to bee-bees in his hind quarters. I insured him at about the age of six with Pet's Best,and when that predicted moment came when he dislocated his hip, Pet's Best was there, ready to pay or doctor and us. While they area busines,,and business is what makes this country moves, they have always addressed me with care and kindness... and they paid the 80% of Howie's fee that they said they would and even waived the deductible. This saved our wedding plans: we had the lowest insurance they offer (plus their excellentannual care program--which includes teeth cleaning-that I just can't thank them enoug for the work they do every day helping people. This is a company hat does wel as it does good. This was the crucial moment, and they were there.
