Took awhile for the paperwork to be sent in by the vete. but the claim was finally settled. Embrace did keep in contact about claims progress..

I don't write reviews every time I submit a claim because everyone would get sick of hearing me praise Embrace. With four Great Danes, three of which are rescues, we discovered early on that insurance was a must! Everyone one of our dogs has been the beneficiary of an Embrace claim, some more than others. You know you did the right thing when you're on first name basis with the claims adjusters. The latest is a continuation of the initial torn ACL claim made earlier in the year for my Dane with Wobblers. Because he isn't a good candidate for surgery, he wears a knee brace (which Embrace covered) and is pretty much on an NSAID for life. If you add one extra thing to your basic Embrace policy, let it be the drug addition!! The price of prescription drugs for dogs is as much as it is for people and without insurance there's no way we could keep Dagobaz comfortable. That drug plan has paid for the policy of all four dogs over and over again. And I just found out they have a tool where you can check the status of your claim on-line, which I think rocks!!

best thing i have ever done as a pet owner was to start pet insurance after my dogs first surgery.. The fee i pay monthly is cheaper then the coffees and beers i buy weekly hanging out with friends. Trupanion has made owning a pet just a waaaay better experience when it comes to vet bills. They are a great company that have helped me out of a jam more than i ever thought i would need.

I am happy with Pets Best because they took my dog who was older and having problems. I have recommended you to my neighbor but they do little to help their pet so I don't know if they have contacted you.

I really don't like the idea that dogs as they get older and have older dog problems that are not covered.I mwill give trhis a second look. Othan this we have had only the best experiences,so far.

Great policy definately worth the money!

Nice people to work with. Unfortunately, I've had to submit several claims for my 6 month old. I'm so glad I got this insurance. The people that I've dealt with have been very pleasant and returned my emails in a timely manner.

They tried to over double my pet coverage from $38 to $83...Their excuse is the rising cost of care for dogs... BULL...I called up very aggrivated they tried to explain themselves with rising costs and I simply asked has the cost over doubled?? I could see a 10 or 15% hike but not almost 200%...So instead of my $38 a month they will get NOTHING.. Save your money and put it aside for a rainy day when your dog may need it...You'll be money ahead and the vets generally will work with you if you need to make payments for your best friend...Even with Trupanion you still have to pay for vet visits, shots, and such...I see no point in having it.

We have had to submit several claims over the past year for our senior kitty. Trupanion has always been super helpful in answering questions, and the claim submission process is easy and quick. It let's us focus on helping our kitty get better, instead of fighting with an insurance company.
